We are all on a journey, but there is often one defining moment that quietly sets the direction of everything that follows.
 

For me, that moment came in June 2021, when a simple decision to sign up for a 5km run set in motion a series of changes and life-altering choices that have shaped the last four years of my life.
 

As I complete my 35th circle around the sun and step into my 36th, I’m choosing to make this a year of vulnerability—a year of sharing my story. Not only to fully see how far I’ve come, but in the hope that it might help someone else find the courage to take their own next turn.
 

About once a week, I’ll be sharing a piece of that journey. Some stories will be long, others short—but all of them honest.
